Lake Pointe Dental is Hiring a Dental Front Office Receptionist Near Frisco, TX
Job description:
Need dental experience as front office receptionist. Private office. Calm environment.
Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm
Friday 8 am to 2 pm
- Greet patients entering the building, answering any questions.
- Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
- Assist new applicants who come into the office to apply or schedule their appointments.
- Check out patients after their appointment. Schedule their next appointment.
- Insurance verification for all patients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
